Cause for Celebration!

Mr. Bob will soon be 100 Years Old!

⭐️World War II Veteran, Robert Aldrich will be 100 years old on June 20, this year, 2026. On SUNDAY, JUNE 21, we will celebrate his 100th birthday. If you are Bob’s friend or a family member, we would love to have you join us.

⭐️The event will be held at CENTERVILLE RIVER PARK, 142 North Central Avenue, Centerville, TN, from 3 pm to 7 pm.

⭐️The meal will be a VEGETARIAN POTLUCK, so please bring lots of food to share! Dessert and beverage will be provided.

⭐️Important!! : Please BRING LAWN CHAIRS to sit on. (There will be some folding chairs for those not able to bring your own chairs.)

⭐️If you have LAWN GAMES, such as croquet, Frisbees, wiffle ball, or others, they will be welcome! Also, the park has a pickle ball court, and basketball hoops if you want to bring your paddles and balls or a basketball.

Schedule of Events

• 3:00 pm: Try to arrive by 3:00 pm. That will give time for you to place your food, so that if possible we can start our meal at or before 3:30. This will also give you time to get your name tag. (Please sign the guestbook as you have time during the event.)
• 3:30 pm: Welcome, prayer, enjoying the food and friends!
• After the meal: Mini Gospel Concert
• After the concert: Visiting, games for the children, lawn games, making new friends, playing music
  

Musicians, please bring your instruments!!

Bob grew up in a family where his siblings loved to sit around and play gospel and country gospel music. They had a string bass, a banjo, guitars, a steel guitar and other instruments. He didn’t play, but loved to listen. It will be a great time for all the musicians to play together, after the concert.

Gifts

Rather than gifts, Bob has requested that people donate to Adventist World Radio (AWR). There will addressed envelopes to AWR for you to use if you desire to donate. With Gratitude

It is with gratitude to God that we celebrate Bob’s birthday. God is the loving Life Giver and the source of all joy and goodness. What a blessing my gentle and generous dad has been to me all these years!
